The Team Lead is responsible for the overall client service operations and assigned personnel supervision. You would not be alone, you would be supported by management and the agency to help you fulfill the duties that you are expected to complete.

We would love to have a Team Lead who has a background in caregiving and knows the challenges of being a caregiver. We as an agency are looking to grow and are interviewing applicants immediately.

 Qualifications
  • English 
  • Driver's License 
  • Caregiver or DSP experience 
  • Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care for all clients
  • Experience in the health care field 
  • Experience with people who have physical and mental disabilities 
  • Must be a med manager or higher
  • Must be computer literate 
  • Must possess effective communication skills and the ability to lead a team of personnel with a variety of backgrounds and educational experiences
  • Must possess good time management, problem-solving, and work ethic skills
  • Must present a professional appearance and promote a positive work environment

 This position advocates for the clients and staff on the job. This position works on the process of setting appointments, meeting with new and existing employees, and training new employees on the clients. Having experience with clients with mental/physical disabilities will help you succeed in this position. 
 
As the Team Lead you will report to Management and/or to the Leadership team to report on client concerns, staff concerns, activities, goals, updates, problems, and any special projects given during your shift. 
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
