3 to 4 Shifts per week | 3:45pm-9:45pm  (Monday-Thursday or Friday-Sunday) or working 3:45 pm - 9:45 pm Monday - Sunday (rotating one week on one week off)

About the Role
This Med Manager or CMA will be working in the evening to call and check-in on staff to discuss with them that they are completing their MAR punches appropriately for the clients they are working with. Being willing and ready to cover a shift during the evening if there is a call-off. We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to work, providing consistent, high-quality care in a home-like setting.

Hiring for different shifts throughout the week: 
  • Evening Shift
  • Weekends
  • Flexible scheduling to fit work/life balance
Responsibilities include:
  • Personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
  • Meal preparation, housekeeping, and home management tasks
  • Transportation to appointments and community activities
  • Medication reminders (online training on systems provided)
  • Documentation of services provided and overseeing the staff are documenting and understand the importance of doing this at the time of the reminder 
  • Encouraging independence and supporting client goals
  • Ensuring a safe and supportive environment throughout shifts
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medication Manager or CMA or higher
  • Experience with bathing assistance, dressing, cleaning, & grooming
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and continue your education through online training (paid on the job)
  • Ability to perform physical job duties as needed per the individuals needs
  • Strong communication skills and a dependable, compassionate attitude
